8th Annual Rotary Golf Outing

A chance to play the private Country Club of New Canaan Course while benefiting the great work of Rotary International and several local clubs.

The Rotary Clubs of New Canaan, Wilton and Stamford will hold their 8th annual golf outing on Thursday afternoon, May 12th and we are hoping you can join us in support of a great cause.

The cost this year is $275 per golfer and non-golfers are encouraged to attend the cocktail party at 5:30 for a $50 donation. Tee sponsorships are available for $125 and but are reduced to $25 when you purchase a foursome.

Prizes are awarded for long drive, closest to the pin, lowest score and more.

The golf will be preceded by lunch and followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres:

THE COUNTRY CLUB OF NEW CANAAN HAS MADE A NUMBER OF CHANGES TO THE COURSE IN THE LAST 24 MONTHS (INCLUDING HIRING A NEW GREENSKEEPER) AND I THINK EVERYONE WILL ENJOY THE NEW LOOK OF THE COURSE.

The goal of the outing is to raise money to help Rotary International; in the past we have contributed to efforts to eradicate polio throughout the world. Money raised by the Rotary Club' is distributed annually to many local charities and international projects (such as the elimination of land mines in Cambodia and the creation of water treatment systems in Africa).

Guests are encouraged to sign up individually and in groups, and we encourage players of ALL abilities to join us.
